Located in Brooklin on a very quiet side road not far from Wooden Boat or Wooden Boat School you will find this rustic 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath camp. Surrounded by pine, cedar, fir, oak and maple trees, this property offers a small yard and is only a short walk to a public (but quiet) beach on Eggemoggin Reach. Its the perfect property for those nature nuts as many renters who have stayed here have spotted deer, wild turkeys, moose, and even a bear not to mention numerous other wild life creatures big and small!

The house is a spacious and private summer cabin with a working fireplace and open kitchen/living room floor plan and two bedrooms and bath on the first floor.  The second floor offers a large bedroom, bath, laundry area and open loft which overlooks the kitchen.  Long gated windows in the living room lets in full sunlight due to the open loft!

Enjoy the large deck off of the living room to sit back in a lounge chair for well deserved relaxation.

The town of Brooklin is 3 miles away and offers wonderful small shops, historic building, galleries and more. The town of Blue Hill is 15 miles away and offers shopping, grocery stores, art galleries, fine dining, seafood restaurants  and more.
