Handicapped Accessibility complete throughout house and dock on Pemaquid Lake
Even those with physical limitations can find welcome at Noblehouse, as it was built in 2008 expressly to provide access for the handicapped. Noblehouse is a 3000sq ft. house located on the shore of Pemaquid Lake.  The accommodations are fully wheelchair negotiable including a 2008 elevator, wide hallways and a private handicap friendly bathroom.  In addition the house is fully air conditioned and heated for all season comfort.  Relax in a serene wooded setting with private lake frontage and restful views. Even the dock has a wide gentle ramp. Enjoy morning coffee on the dining area balcony as the sun rises over the water.  The area abounds with wonderful hiking including various land trusts and preserves and the Camden Hills State Park. Also available for your enjoyment is the Maine Maritime Museum in Bath, Pemaquid Point and lighthouse, and the Rockland Public Golf Course.   Noblehouse is a NO SMOKING environment.
The living/dining and recreation rooms of Noblehouse are artfully decorated with the warmth and coziness of exposed wood beams and natural oak paneling harvested and recycled directly from the property during construction. Two beautiful stone and masonry fireplaces can be enjoyed from all the common gathering areas including the kitchen and recreation room while large picture windows flood the house with light and provide uncompromising views of the lake. Authentic Maine artwork from local artisans decorate the walls and international antique furniture adds a distinct flare to the decor.  Deep waters offer excellent fishing, kayaking, and boating with a public launch nearby.
Whether your goal is to get away to a private retreat for writing, relaxation, and taking in diverse wildlife, or to pursue an active family getaway with lake activities and a convenient location for further exploration, shopping or sightseeing, Noblehouse is within a short drive to Damariscotta, Camden, Rockland, Boothbay Harbor, Bath and Brunswick for antiques, art galleries, shopping, dining, sightseeing boat tours and more.
At Noblehouse we have per person rates, so please inquire.  The price quoted is for up to 4 people.
