This Cape Cod Vacation Rental Home is located on a dead end street ,in a central Chatham location so you can walk to Oyster Pond , also into the downtown Village of Chatham and enjoy all that this seaside village has to offer.  It has plenty of space for all to enjoy, Central A/C to keep you cool and Wifi to keep you connected.

Through the front door is the living room and to the right is a comfy family room with a pull out couch and Flat Screen TV.  As you walk through the living room there is an open newer kitchen and dining area with sliders to the back deck.  The kitchen has granite counters, and a center island with seating. The set up works well for families that like to barbecue as there are french doors that lead right to the large deck with table , chairs, chaise to lounge on and a gas barbecue grill!

Through the family room is a hallway and on the right is a full bathroom (#1) that has a separate shower and bathtub.  At the end of the hall is Bedroom #1 with 2 Twin Beds.

To the left of the kitchen is Bedroom #2 with a Queen Bed and a Small TV.  It has an on suite bathroom (#2) with shower.  Off the kitchen is also a side porch where you can read and have some private time to yourself.

Upstairs is a combo Bedroom #3 that has 2 Twin Beds with a living area that has a Flat Screen TV.  It has an on suite bathroom (#3) that has a large jacuzzi tub and a separate shower.  Double sinks too.  Off this room is an “upper deck” where you can take in the beautiful sunsets and enjoy peeks of Oyster Pond!
